Friday the 13th...

nothing bad has happened...YET! lol. I've had a really good week!! Austin's braces are like a gift from God! He's had them since the second of this month and you outta see the difference...he's still got a ways to go w/them but man oh man I can tell it's helping TREMENDOUSLY! I can't believe in this short of time it's already helping take effect. Physical therapist says he won't be in PT much longer b/c he's so active and his braces aren't holding him up any. She's still working w/him a little b/c some of his muscles are still just a tiny bit weak but no biggie. One big thing I've been working on him w/is brushing his teeth. He has no problem brushing but when it comes to rinsing his mouth out he always swallows it lol...grrr it's irritating. BUT yesterday was the first day he spit the water out...yes mama went a little crazy w/excitment!! LOL! I was SOOOO proud of him! He also dressed himself last night in his pj's! WOOHOO!!! I get to hang onto him for one more year and you can bet I'm gonna be like a leech on him..lol, I just can't believe my baby's growing up. It makes me happy to see him doing all sorts of things but at the same time sad. Just bittersweet feelings about this whole growing up thing. One things for sure. Once he goes to school I'm going to thoroughly enjoy some ME time for a while!!

Ok...well off to get some hamb. meat outta the freezer. I'm making a mexican casserole for supper tonight! YUM! Ohh and Travis comes home tonight...YAY!!!
