Will she EVER leave us alone??

Ginger that is. Ashlyn's biological mom. This shit is CRAZY! OK she moved away 3 years ago WITHOUT even telling Ashlyn. She didn't hear from her til 2.5 years later! THEN I, YES I got in touch w/her back in November and said I think it'd be really good if they talked and all that. Fine w/me, why the hell did she think I got in touch w/her. I even told her she could call Ashlyn as often as she liked. Well, things were fine for a week or two. Then she quit calling. Well she called the end of March and imo she sounded high. She was telling Ashlyn "sometimes its okk to call and sometimes its like they dont want me to talk to you at all"...WHATEVER! I CONTACTED HER BACK IN NOVEMBER!!!WTF?!! I don't get any of it! AND a lawyer called yesterday to talk to Travis...on my cell phone ok? Sooo he asks the best time to get in touch w/him and I said Thursday b/c that's when he'll be back home. (at the time I didn't know this was a lawyer), and he said something really odd...he said (what, he doesn't work a 9 to 5 job?) Ok isn't that kinda fishy comin from a lawyer?? I mean lots of people work out of state, offshore, that kind of thing. Anyways I gave him his cell phone number. About an hour later I called Travis to see if a man called and he said yes and that it was a lawyer...Ginger's lawyer. She wants full custody of Ashlyn, or she said we could settle this out of court, she'd give us 20 grand for her....WTF??? You don't just BUY your child off!! So ofcourse Travis told the lawyer he was gonna talk to me about this but warned him I'd say no. OFCOURSE I'd say no! That is the DUMBEST woman I KNOW ALIVE TODAY!! Sooo Travis told the lawyer to call back in a few days, give him time toget home and settled, and Travis said he thinks when he told him that he got a little irritated. Oh well. Oh and he says if we go back to court a lot of things are gonna be brought back up and shit that dont go well. I mean my name is already out there w/social services..great. One thing keepin me hangin on is the fact that I'm gonna check out this lawfirm. Like I said he sounded really weird. And then too he called at 7:30 pm....kinda odd. Maybe they do work that late.. But I also know Ginger is stupid enough to hire someone to do crap for her. Either way I'm so fed up. I wish Ashlyn was 12, then she could tell people what she wanted to do. She knows how her mama is. She wants to live w/us. But at least her voice is stronger now than it was when she was 7. When she was 7 she said aloud in the courtroom that she wanted to live w/her daddy lol..........so that is something. Anyways, yeah new set of problems...................
