Memorial Day

It was very nice today. We didn't really do a whole lot, but just had a really good day w/the kids. Travis is at work so we just hung out today. This morning I thought it would be nice if we all went down to the track and walked for a while. So loaded up the vehicle and then put Austin in the stroller when we got there. Only walked a mile but it started getting pretty warm....humid. Soooo off to run errands around town, then back home. We were outside a lot this afternoon, like three hours. Then back inside, Austin took a quick thirty min nap, then Austin wanted to go back to the track, so Ashlyn rode her bike to it while I followed her....Austin actually walked some on the track but when he got tired he got back in his stroller. He's starting to try to run, he's sooo cute just trying and having fun and getting so excited but I have to say w/out braces it scares me to death...I'm so worried his bad leg is gonna get hurt somehow but I know in the meantime I have to let him be a kid so I'm trying, even though it scares me. Other than that, that sums up our memorial day.....oh and we had steak and tator tots for supper! Can it get ANY better?! No, it can't. It was wonderful!!
