My sleeping problems are back I feel. Great. Happened the past couple of nights and now tonight. Shute, I'm trying so hard this week to get back into the groove. I'm reading about 30 min every night, then it's night night. Been exercising regularly so by night time I'm give out anyways, but when I get there I lay and lay and lay awake some more....crap. Wonderful!!
